Woohoo! I've been waiting for this I was about to ask you how it was coming along! Great, I see! I envy your skills at drawing with color. Your personal approach to drawing in general, really. This is very, very pretty - and I thank you so very much again for the honor
this is ver beautiful, she looks like one of those classic beauties! the one who are just beautiful but you can't tell exactly how! great job! I love it.
of coz! its lovely and i have no critque to speak of its something a little different from your usual and i love it. once again the tones are flawless great work Pauline
Great, I'm so glad to hear you like the final result I spent quite a long time completing it as there are a lot of details on the ref and I wanted to make sure everything looked perfect - didn't want to rush anything Yet the original looks better than the picture I took - colors are richer and textures more creamy : your skintones are so very vanilla on it, and your facial expression so dreamlike that I had the title "Vanilla Sky" endlessly running in my mind
Thank you so much for your comment, Jacky: I'm glad you saw this, because I was definitely thinking of these classic beauties as well - especially of Marlene Dietrich - when I drew her...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
